Presentation of the International ethecon Black Planet Award to the vilified top managers and major shareholders at the VOLKSWAGEN AGM

Protest rally with international speakers outside and inside the VOLKSWAGEN AGM in Berlin, CityCube, Messedamm 22, 14th May 2019 from 9am. As part of the protest the International ethecon Black Planet Award 2018 will be presented to the vilified top manages Herbert Diess and Hans Dieter Pötsch as well as VOLKSWAGEN’s major shareholders Wolfgang Porsche (PORSCHE HOLDING SE) and Stephan Weil (Minister President of Lower Saxony). The negative prize for corporate crimes is awarded annually by ethecon Foundation Ethics & Economics and the Association of Ethical Shareholders. On the occasion of the presentation of the International ethecon Black Planet Award 2018 to the vilified top manages Herbert Diess (CEO) and Hans Dieter Pötsch (Chairman of Supervisory Board) as well as VOLKSWAGEN’s major shareholders Wolfgang Porsche (PORSCHE HOLDING SE) and Stephan Weil (Minister President of Lower Saxony) ethecon Foundation Ethics & Economics and the Association of Ethical Shareholders are calling for a protest rally. The negative prize will be presented during the AGM of the world’s biggest car company at Berliner CityCube, Messedamm 26, on 14th May 2019.

In November 2018 ethecon Foundation Ethics & Economics and the Association of Ethical Shareholders together awarded the International ethecon Black Planet Award to the Chief Executives and major shareholders of the VOLKSWAGEN corporation for sabotaging climate protection, dispossessing thousands of customers and supporting fascist and anti-union governments.

Axel Köhler-Schnura, chairman of the foundation ethecon said: “VOLKSWAGEN is responsible for the ruin of human health and the large scale destruction of the environment as well as poverty and misery and the death of a huge number of people. The corporation’s executives not only present a danger for peace and human rights, but also for democracy, ecology and the whole of humanity. All of this is done in the name of private and corporate profits.”

“Since the Diesel scandal the many cases of sabotage of climate protection and illegal agreements amongst car companies have come to light. In particular the managers of the market leader VOLKSWAGEN have taken no credible steps so far towards a sustainable business model or the compensation of their victims. The only thing that counts for Porsche et al is the profit, even when the world is going to the dogs.” ethecon-Secretary Niklas Hoves said: “We must not give up – for a sustainable mobility concept, the compensation of the victims and a solidarity based economy!”

Übergabe des Internationalen ethecon Black Planet Award an die geschmähten Manager und Großaktionäre im Rahmen der Hauptversammlung von VOLKSWAGEN

Protestkundgebung mit internationalen Redner*innen vor und in der Hauptversammlung des VOLKSWAGEN-Konzerns in Berlin, CityCube, Messedamm 22, 14. Mai 2019, ab 9 Uhr. Im Rahmen der Aktionen wird u.a. der Internationale ethecon Black Planet Award 2018 den geschmähten Managern Herbert Diess und Hans Dieter Pötsch sowie den Großaktionären Wolfgang Porsche (PORSCHE HOLDING SE) und Stephan Weil (Ministerpräsident Niedersachsen) von VOLKSWAGEN überbracht. Der Schmähpreis für Konzernverbrechen wird jährlich von ethecon Stiftung Ethik & Ökonomie und dem Dachverband der kritischen Aktionär*innen vergeben. Anlässlich der Übergabe des Internationalen ethecon Black Planet Award 2018 an die geschmähten Manager Herbert Diess (Vorstand) und Hans Dieter Pötsch (Aufsichtsrat) sowie die Großaktionäre Wolfgang Porsche (PORSCHE HOLDING SE) und Stephan Weil (Ministerpräsident Niedersachsen) von VOLKSWAGEN rufen ethecon Stiftung Ethik & Ökonomie und der Dachverband der kritischen Aktionär*innen und die Berliner Gruppe „Gegenstrom“ zu einer Protestkundgebung auf. Der Schmähpreis wird anlässlich der Hauptversammlung des weltgrößten Automobilkonzerns im Berliner CityCube, Messedamm 26, am 14. Mai 2019 übergeben.

ethecon Stiftung Ethik & Ökonomie und der Dachverband der kritischen Aktionär*innen haben im Rahmen einer großen Veranstaltung im November 2018 den Vorständen und Großaktionären des VOLKSWAGEN-Konzerns für die Sabotage des Klimaschutzes, die Enteignung tausender Kund*innen und die Unterstützung faschistischer und gewerkschaftsfeindlicher Regierungen gemeinsam den Internationalen ethecon Black Planet Award verliehen.

Axel Köhler-Schnura, Vorstand der Stiftung ethecon: „Auf das Konto von VOLKSWAGEN gehen der Ruin der menschlichen Gesundheit und die Zerstörung der Umwelt im großen Stil sowie Not und Elend und der massenhafte Tod von Menschen. Die Verantwortlichen des Konzerns stellen nicht nur eine Gefahr für den Frieden und die Menschenrechte dar, sondern auch für die Demokratie, die Ökologie und die Menschheit insgesamt. Alles im Namen privater Bereicherung und der Konzern-Profite.“

„Seit dem Dieselskandal flogen die vielfache Sabotage des Klimaschutzes und illegale Absprachen unter den Automobilkonzernen auf. Allen voran das Management des Marktführers VOLKSWAGEN hat bis heute keine glaubhaften Schritte in Richtung eines nachhaltigen Geschäftsmodells oder der Entschädigung ihrer Opfer unternommen. Für Porsche und Co. Zählt nur der Profit, auch wenn dafür die Welt vor die Hunde geht.“ Sagt Geschäftsführer Niklas Hoves. „Nun dürfen wir nicht locker lassen. Für ein nachhaltiges Mobilitätskonzept, die Entschädigung der Betroffenen und ein solidarisches Wirtschaften!“

Entrega del premio internacional ethecon Black Planet Award a los gerentes y accionistas mayoritarios puestos en la picota dentro de la asamblea general de  VOLKSWAGEN

manifestación de protesta con oradores internacionales antes y durante la asamblea general del consorcio de VOLSKWAGEN en Berlín, City Cube, Messedamm 22, 14 de mayo del 2019 a partir de las 9 horas a.m. Dentro de las acciones se otorgará el premio internacional ethecon Black Planet Award 2018 a los injuriados gerentes Herbert Diess y Hans Dieter Pötsch así que a los accionistas mayoritarios Wolfgang Porsche (PORSCHE HOLDING SE) y Stephan Weil (presidente del land Baja Sajonia) de VOLKSWAGEN. La injuria para crímenes de consorcios se otorga cada año por ethecon Fundación Ética & Economía y por la federación central de l@s accionistas crític@s. A cerca de l entrega del premio internacional ethecon Black Planet Award 2018 a los gerentes injuriados Herbert Diess (junta directiva) y Hans Dieter Pötsch (consejo de administración) así que a los accionistas mayoritarios Wolfgang Porsche (PORSCHE HOLDING SE) y Stephan Weil (presidente del land Baja Sajonia) de VOLKSWAGEN ethecon Fundación Ética & Economía y la federación central de l@s accionistas crític@s convocan una manifestación de protesta. La injuria se otorgará con motivo de la asamblea general del mundialmente más grande consorcio del automóvil en el CityCube, Berlín, Messedamm 22 el 14 de mayo del 2019.

ethecon Fundación Ética & Economía y la federación central de l@s accionistas crític@s otorgaron juntos dentro de un gran acto en noviembre del 2018 el premio internacional ethecon Black Planet Award a los gerentes y accionistas mayoritarios del consorcio de VOLKSWAGEN para el sabotaje de la prevención del cambio climático, para la expropiación de miles de clientes y para el apoyo de gobiernos fascistas y hostiles a sindicatos.

Axel Köhler-Schnura, gerente de la Fundación ethecon: „A la cuenta de VOLKSWAGEN van la ruina de la salud humana y la destrucción del medio ambiente a gran escala así que miseria y probreza y la muerte en masa de seres humanos. Los responsables del consorcio no solamente ponen en peligro la paz y los derechos humanos sino también la democracia, la ecología y la humanidad entera. Todo esto en nombre de un enriquecimiento personal y de las ganancias de los consorcios.“

„A partir del escandalo del diesel el múltiple sabotaje de la prevención del cambio climático y pactos secretos entre los consorcios del automóvil se dieron a conocer. En primer linea nadie de la gerencia del líder en el mercado VOLKSWAGEN hasta hoy día ha realizado un paso digno de crédito hacia un modelo de negocio duradero o de indemnización de las víctimas. Para Porsche y Cía solamente cuentan las ganancias, no importa que el mundo se va al concho.“ Dice Niklas Hoves, director de ethecon. „Ahora no debemos ceder. Para un sistema duradero de movilidad, para la indemnización de l@s afectad@s y para un sistema solidario de economía!“

les  managers de VOLKSWAGEN recevront le prix du déshonneur

Protestation dans VOLKSWAGEN

Dans le cadre de l’Assemblée générale de VOLKSWAGEN, les managers et grands actionnaires de la firme recevront le Black Planet Award d’ethecon.

Une manifestation à laquelle participeront des orateurs et oratrices internationaux  se déroulera devant et à l’intérieur de l’Assemblée générale de VOLKSWAGEN à Berlin, CityCube, Messedamm 22, le 14 mai 2019, à partir de 9 heures. Dans le cadre de cette action ce prix du déshonneur sera remis aux  managers Herbert Diess et Hans Dieter Pötsch ainsi qu’aux grands actionnaires de VOLKSWAGEN Wolfgang Porsche (PORSCHE HOLDING SE) et Stephan Weil (Ministre-Président de Basse-Saxe). La fondation ethecon « Pour l’éthique en économie» ainsi que la Fédération des actionnaires critiques stigmatisent chaque année les crimes d’une firme par ce prix du déshonneur. Les seconds en profiteront pour exprimer leur critiques au cours de l’Assemblée générale.

Pour la remise du Black Planet Award 2018 d’ethecon aux managers Herbert Diess et Hans Dieter Pötsch ainsi qu’aux grands actionnaires Wolfgang Porsche (PORSCHE HOLDING SE) et Stephan Weil (Ministre-Président de Basse-Saxe), la fondation ethecon « Pour l’éthique en économie» ainsi que la Fédération des actionnaires critiques appellent à manifester. Ce prix du déshonneur sera remis au cours de l’Assemblée générale de la première firme automobile mondiale au CityCube de Berlin, Messedamm 26, le 14 mai 2019.

Dans le cadre d’un important évènement datant de novembre 2018, la fondation ethecon « Pour l’éthique en économie » ainsi que la Fédération des actionnaires critiques ont décerné le Black Planet Award international 2018 d’ethecon aux dirigeants et grands actionnaires de la firme VOLKSWAGEN,  pour avoir contribué au  sabotage du climat, spolié des milliers de client-e-s et apporté leur soutien à des gouvernements fascistes et coupables de répression antisyndicale.

Selon Axel Köhler-Schnura, Président d’ethecon, « VOLKSWAGEN est comptable de la ruine de la santé humaine et de la destruction à grande échelle de l’environnement, ainsi que du dénuement, voire de la misère ou de la mort d’un nombre prodigieux de gens. Les responsables de la firme représentent un danger non seulement pour la paix et les droits humains, mais aussi pour la démocratie, l’écologie et l’humanité en général. Et tout cela dans un but d’enrichissement privé et d’accroissement des profits de l’entreprise. 

Depuis le scandale du diesel on a découvert les actes de sabotage du climat imputables aux firmes automobiles et les ententes illégales entre elles. La palme revient aux managers de VOLKSWAGEN, le leader mondial, qui n’ont jusqu’à présent entrepris aucune démarche  digne de foi pour élaborer un modèle entrepreneurial soutenable ou dédommager leurs victimes. Pour Porsche et Cie seul le profit compte, même si le monde doit en crever. » Niklas Hoves a dit :« Nous ne devons rien lâcher. Pour une mobilité durable, le dédommagement des personnes lésées et une gestion solidaire ! »
