ethecon is honouring the Indian human rights activist Rachna Dhingra representatively for the self-administered Sambhavna clinik (Bhopal, India) and cautions the public towards the managers and major shareholders of the JOSE BATISTA SOBRINHO SOCIEDADE ANÓNIMA („JBS“, Brasilien) group / The celebratory act which is open to the public, will be held on the 23rd of November in Berlin.
As is tradition, on the date of the international day of peace, the 21st of September 2019 the international foundation ethecon is revealing the names of the recipients of their two awards:
> The international ethecon Blue Planet Award 2019 is honouring the commitment of the Indian human rights activist Rachna Dhingra and the self-administered Sambhavna Trust clinik in Bhopal.
> The international ethecon Dead Planet Award 2019 names and shames the major shareholders of JBS (Brazil – the largest meat producer world-wide), namely, Wesley and Joesley Mendonça Batista as well as the CEO und vice-president José Batista Sobrinho.
The award ceremony of the ethecon awards will be accompanied with an celebratory act that will be open to the public on November the 23rd, 2019 at the Kulturbrauerei.
For 23 years, the employees of the Sambhavna Trust Clinic are committing themselves to the care of the victims of the catastrophe in Bhopal as well as the trying to hold the persons in charge responsible. Rachna Dhingra plays a leading role in organisations such as the Bhopal Medical Appeal and the International Campaign for Justice in Bhopal. She showed immense prowess and determination in her struggle to find justice. She steadily tried to get appropriate compensation for the victims, has called out the responsible persons working for the DOWDUPONT chemical group and is to this day fighting to get them held responsible. She is a stalwart supporter of the survivors as well as other activists, especially when it comes to the ending of the cruelties towards people from Bhopal. For her energy and her commitment to justice and the strengthening of democratic principles the ethecon foundation for ethics and economy is honouring the employees of the Sambhavna Trust Clinik and Rachna Dhingra with the international ethecon Blue Planet Award 2019.
Very much on the other side of the spectrum, Wesley Mendonça Batista, Joesley Mendonça Batista and José Batista Sobrinho from the word’s largest meat producing group of JBS (Brazil). The management and major shareholders of JBS are not only responsible for unimaginable damages done to the well-being of humans, up to millionfold death but also for ruining the ecology, first of all the climate in an irreversible manner and with severe consequences for human kind and the planet. In light of those crimes, ethecon is shaming the major shareholders Wesley Mendonça Batista and Joesley Mendonça Batista as well as the CEO and founder José Sobrinho Batista with the presentation of the international ethecon Dead Planet Award 2019.
The ethecon positiv- and negativ-awards are being awarded since 2006. The International ethecon Blue Planet Award honours heroic commitment for the preservation of our blue Planet, while the International ethecon Dead Planet Award names and shames those responsible for its exploitation, destruction and ultimately downfall to a dead, unhospitable Globe.
The award show of both international ethecon awards 2019 will be held in a public ceremony:

Traditionell zum Internationalen Tag des Friedens am 21.September 2019 verkündet die Stiftung ethecon die Namen der Empfänger der beiden bekannten ethecon Preise 2019:
> Der Internationale ethecon Blue Planet Award 2019 ehrt den Einsatz der indischen Menschenrechts- und Umweltaktivistin Rachna Dhingra und der selbstverwalteten Sambhavna Trust Klinik in Bhopal.
> Der Internationale ethecon Dead Planet Award 2019 stellt die Großaktionäre Wesley und Joesley Mendonça Batista sowie den CEO und Vize-Präsidenten José Batista Sobrinho des weltgrößten Fleischproduzenten JBS (Brasilien) an den Pranger.
Die Verleihung der beiden internationalen ethecon Preise erfolgt in einem öffentlichen Festakt am 23. November 2019 in der Kulturbrauerei.
Seit nunmehr 23 Jahren engagieren sich die Mitarbeiter*innen der Sambhavna Trust Klinik konsequent für die Versorgung der Opfer und einen nachhaltigen Umgang mit der Katastrophe in Bhopal. Rachna Dhingra, als federführende Person, arbeitet in vielen Organisationen mit, unter anderem Bhopal Medical Appeal und International Champagne for justice in Bhopal. Sie hat in ihrem Streben nach Gerechtigkeit und ihren Aktionen immense Tapferkeit und Entschlossenheit gezeigt. Sie hat sich kontinuierlich für eine angemessene Entschädigung der Opfer eingesetzt. Sie ist eine unerschütterliche Unterstützerin anderer Aktivist*innen, ganz besonders wenn es um die Beendigung der Unmenschlichkeiten gegen Bhopalis geht. Für ihre Energie und ihr Engagement für Frieden, Gerechtigkeit und die Stärkung demokratischer Prinzipien zeichnet ethecon Stiftung Ethik und Ökonomie die Sambhavna Trust Klinik und Rachna Dhingra mit dem internationalen ethecon Blue Planet Award 2019 aus.
Ganz anders Wesley Mendonça Batista, Joesley Mendonça Batista und José Batista Sobrinho vom weltgrößten Fleischproduzenten JBS (Brasilien). Das Management von JBS trägt nicht nur die Verantwortung für unvorstellbare Schädigungen menschlicher Gesundheit bis hin zum millionenfachen Tod, sondern auch für den Ruin der Ökologie, vorneweg des Klimas, in irreparabler Weise und mit verheerenden Folgen für die Menschheit und den Planeten. Für diese Verbrechen stellt ethecon die Großaktionäre Wesley Mendonça Batista und Joesley Mendonça Batista sowie den CEO, Vize-Präsident und Firmengründer José Batista Sobrinho mit der Verleihung des Internationalen ethecon Dead Planet Award 2019 an den Pranger der globalen Öffentlichkeit.

Por ocasião do Dia Internacional da Paz, a 21 de Setembro de 2019, a Fundação ethecon anuncia tradicionalmente os nomes dos destinatários dos dois conhecidos Prémios ethecon 2019:
> O Prêmio Internacional ethecon Blue Planet Award 2019 honra o compromisso da ativista indiana de direitos humanos Rachna Dhingra e da autogovernada Sambhavna Trust Clinic em Bhopal.
> O International ethecon Dead Planet Award 2019 é uma homenagem aos principais acionistas Wesley e Joesley Mendonça Batista, bem como ao CEO e vice-presidente José Batista Sobrinho da maior empresa de carnes do mundo, a JBS (Brasil).
Os dois prémios internacionais da ethecon serão entregues numa cerimónia pública a 23 de Novembro de 2019, na Kulturbrauerei.
Nos últimos 23 anos, os funcionários da Sambhavna Trust Clinic têm se comprometido consistentemente em prestar assistência às vítimas do desastre de Bhopal e à responsabilização dos culpados. A Rachna Dhingra trabalha em organizações como o Bhopal Medical Appeal e o International Champagne for Justice em Bhopal. Eles tem demonstrado imensa coragem e determinação em busca pela justiça e em suas ações. Eles tem defendido continuamente uma indemnização adequada para as vítimas, nomear os responsáveis do grupo químico DOWDUPONT e continuar a lutar para os levar à justiça. São um apoiante inabalável dos sobreviventes e de outros ativistas, especialmente quando se trata de acabar com as desumanidades contra Bhopalis. Tradicionalmente la fundación ethecon publica los nombres de los beneficiarios de sus conocidos premios ethecon el día internacional por la paz, el 21 de septiembre del 2019:
Ø El Premio Internacional ethecon Blue Planet 2019 honra el compromiso de la activista por los derechos humanos y el medio ambiente Rachna Dhingra de la India y la Clínica Autónoma Sambhavna Trust en Bhopal.
Ø El Premio Internacional ethecon Dead Planet 2019 denuncia a los principales accionistas Wesley y Joesley Mendonça Batista y al CEO y Vicepresidente José Batista Sobrinho del mayor productor de carne del mundo JBS (Brasil).
La entrega de los dos premios internacionales de ethecon se realizará en un acto público solemne el 23 de noviembre del 2019 en el „Kulturbrauerei“ en Berlín.
Durante los últimos 23 años, los empleados de la Clinica Sambhavna Trust se han comprometido consistentemente a cuidar a las víctimas y a la gestión sostenible del desastre en Bhopal. ethecon met à l’honneur la militante des droits de l’homme indienne Rachna Dhingra au nom de la clinique auto-administrée Sambhavna (à Bhopal, en Inde) et stigmatise les managers et grands actionnaires de la firme de viande bovine JOSE BATISTA SOBRINHO SOCIEDADE ANÓNIMA ((«JBS», Brésil). La cérémonie publique de remise des prix ethecon aura lieu le 23 novembre 2019 à Berlin.
Conformément à sa tradition, c’est le 21 septembre 2019 (Journée internationale de la paix ) que la fondation ethecon fera connaître le nom des récipiendaires de ses deux prix bien connus pour l’année 2019 :
Ø L’ethecon Blue Planet Award (Prix International pour une Planète bleue) 2019 honorera l’engagement de la militante des droits de l’homme indienne Rachna Dhingra et la clinique auto-administrée Sambhavna Trust à Bhopal.
Ø L’ethecon Dead Planet Award (Prix ethecon international contre une Planète morte) stigmatisera les grands actionnaires Wesley et Joesley Mendonça Batista de la plus grande firme productrice de viande au monde, la brésilienne JBS, ainsi que son DG et son vice-président José Batista Sobrinho.
La remise des deux prix ethecon aura lieu au cours d’une cérémonie publique à la Kulturbrauerei.
Il y a maintenant 23 ans que les collaborateurs/trices de la clinique Sambhavna Trust s’engagent pour soigner les victimes de la catastrophe de Bhopal et faire payer les responsables. Rachna Dinghra met ses compétences au service d’organisations telles que le Bhopal Medical Appeal et l’International Champagne for justice in Bhopal. Elle a montré dans son combat pour la justice et les actions qu’elle a menées un courage et une détermination immenses. Elle constamment lutté pour un dédommagement approprié des victimes, a accusé nommément les responsables de la firme chimique DowDupont et continue à se battre pour leur faire endosser leurs responsabilités. Elle apporte un indéfectible soutien aux survivant-e-s et autres militant-e-s, tout spécialement pour faire cesser les actes d’inhumanité envers les Bhopalis. La Fondation ethecon pour l’éthique en économie a donc récompensé l’énergie de Rachna Dhingra et de ceux qui œuvrent à la clinique Sambhavna Trust ainsi que leur engagement en faveur de la justice et du renforcement des principes démocratiques, en leur décernant le Prix 2019 Pour une planète bleue.
Il en va tout différemment de Wesley Mendonça Batista, Joesley Mendonça Batista et José Batista Sobrinho. Ces managers et grands actionnaires de la première firme mondiale de viande, la brésilienne JBS, sont responsables non seulement d’inimaginables atteintes à la santé humaine, incluant des millions de morts, mais aussi de la ruine de l’écologie, en tout premier lieu du climat, causant à l’humanité et à la planète des dommages irréparables et dévastateurs. En raison de ces crimes, ethecon stigmatise les grands actionnaires de JBS, Wesley et Joesley Mendonça Batista ainsi que le DG de la firme e vice-président, José Batista Sobrinho, aux yeux de l’opinion mondiale en leur décernant le Prix ethecon international 2019 contre une Planète morte.
Les deux Prix ethecon internationaux, positif et négatif, ont été créés en 2006 – déjà! Le «Prix international pour une planète bleue (ethecon Blue Planet Award) » met à l’honneur des personnes qui se distinguent par leur combat pour la préservation et la sauvegarde de notre «planète bleue». Le «Prix international contre une planète morte (ethecon Dead Planet Award) » stigmatise des personnes qui portent une responsabilité choquante dans la ruine et la destruction de notre terre, lui faisant courir le danger de devenir une planète inhabitable et morte.
Les deux prix annuels ethecon, négatif et positif, sont conférés depuis 2006. Le Prix International pour notre Planète bleue récompense un engagement exceptionnel en faveur de la conservation et de la sauvegarde de notre «Planète bleue.» Le Prix international ethecon contre une planète noire stigmatise des personnes responsables de façon choquante de la ruine et du saccage de la terre, œuvrant ainsi à sa dégradation en «planète noire».

Les Prix négatifs sont allés entre autres aux propriétaires et grands actionnaires ainsi qu´aux responsables des entreprises BP (Grande-Bretagne), TEPCO (Japon), DEUTSCHE BANK (Allemagne) et FORMOSA PLASTICS (Taïwan).
